The Estate
The Channels Estate is part of the development of northern Chelmsford. Currently comprising the development of around 750 homes by Bellway, Croudace, Home Group and Marden, as well as a Country Park with play areas and other open space.
The Wider estate also includes the Channels Complex, with bars and restaurants, and land to the north which is included in Chelmsford’s plans for the wider Chelmsford Garden Community.
